With your help we will make their lives easier by developing simple & customer centric solutions that are solving real pains. You will play an important role in solving their biggest problems - getting paid on time, being safe during work and getting access to liquidity when its needed most. We will deliver our solutions directly to creators and freelancers and enable companies to simplify what it means to flexibly work with them (B2B2X).

Join moojo and become the leader of our Marketing and Growth team. You are the voice and connection to moojo.

What will keep you challenged:

  • Manage growth, acquisition, and retention strategies and execution across all marketing channels for moojo

  • Define & champion our positioning and messaging

  • Optimize conversion rates across the board, including external as well as internal in-app conversions and any other touchpoint for our products

  • Act as the users’ advocate and the voice of the market, synthesizing customer feedback into actionable insights to inform future product development

  • Own and drive the growth metrics of the organization

  • Facilitate hand-in-hand collaboration between growth, product, engineering, marketing and data to align on the vision and the execution

  • You will be one of the first team members of our marketing team and help build and shape it from the ground up

  • Together with your team of growth hackers, community and online marketing managers you will be the main driver of “getting the word out there” and contribute to our mission of empowering freelancers on broad scale

  • You don’t stop at acquiring users but also help them use our products efficiently

  • You will be part of moojo’s leadership team and you report directly to a founder and our fractional CMO

Job requirements

What will make you succeed?

  • You have 6+ years of experience with growth of transaction based business models, mobile app and/ or fintech marketing is a plus

  • You have experience in a fast growing, early stage startup or a similar high-performing environment, e.g. AAA performance agency

  • Proven track record in setting up, performing and scaling growth & acquisition campaigns

  • You have a T-shaped skill set, with deeper knowledge in performance marketing, content marketing, SEO or general customer acquisition & retention

  • People management experience as you will be hiring, developing the careers of people who report to you, and also engaged with performance management

  • You are highly proficient with data analytics and base your decisions on data instead of best guess; experiences with appsflyer or adjust is a plus

  • You strive and enjoy working in an environment which requires an entrepreneurial mindset with a result-oriented working style and the ability to identify and solve problems independently and efficiently

  • Curiosity towards the latest marketing & tech trends and an ability to differentiate between what's helpful or not

  • Great communication comes naturally to you, both with your team and with the founder and management team
